Elendu spent 11 days in unlawful detention, and was possibly physically tortured by the SSS. There is a lot of story to be told...and there are lessons to be learn from his ordeal. Hat tip for staying on the case NC!

Hello SolomonS,

Thanks for bringing this news - we now need to determine if the man is free to go about his own business and return home to the States.

However, the campaign should continue to Justice for Jonathan Elendu.

Who authorised this travesty?
Why was he held and not charged for days?
Was he tortured and what was he made to do under duress?
What is the substance of grievance that lead to this "abuse of power"?

Thanks for keeping this issue in the spotlight.

Regards,

Akin

Lets watch and see if he is really free. Freedom from these 'problems' has a large definition.
Have they have really finished with him?
What was he accused of.Did he really commit the offense? If the arrest was a mistake did he get any apologies.
May be he has just returned home and not free. Freedom these days is difficult in many regions of the world unfortunately.
Hey!!1 the rains are carrying and swallowing everything here in Rome.Have to get to work. We prayed for it but God is sending it too much at a time. next time we pray less hahahah

Thank God. His lawyer must not give up until justice is done. They have got to return all his stuff back to him

The interview is up

What exactly is freedom? Can he now go where ever he wants, whenever he wants, and say whatever he wants?

@Waffarian: This comment is rather rather infantile and should be below even you.

Reminds me of those days of student union politics, when anybody disagrees with us or just advises caution, we label him a 'school agent' or worse, SSS agent.

Is this your intent?
